About Youth

A generation that will not wait.

Most Palestinians are under thirty, and many have grown up knowing nothing but occupation, siege or exile. They have answered with art, words and protest.

Ahed Tamimi became known around the world as a girl from Nabi Saleh standing up to soldiers. Malak Mattar began painting during the 2014 war on Gaza, and Leanne Mohamad, a British Palestinian, stood for Parliament in 2024.

The people in this path are students, artists, poets, athletes and activists, most of them still at the start of their stories.
